All offers require proof of funds, and earnest money deposit of $5,000 to be held in escrow with our title company.
Earnest money is refundable only if contract falls through due to default by seller or issues with title. If buyer backs out for any reason after executing formal assignment agreement, they will risk losing their earnest money deposit.
