Power Teams are BNI chapter sub-groups that can be formed when there’s a natural affinity between member’s categories due to the nature of their work and/or the people they serve.
Here are some examples of potential power teams:
Financial Power Teams
Financial Services Power Teams work well together and can pass lots of referrals! This Power Team includes companies such as financial advisors, banks, merchant processing, insurance, and accountants.
Home Services Power Team
Whenever property is bought, sold or repaired, it requires a host of professionals and trades. This might include realtors, mortgage specialists, homeowner insurance, landscapers, and moving companies.
Trades Power Team
In BNI, the trades have always generated much business between themselves. This Power Team may include general contractors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, and painters.
Business Services Power Team
Every business has different needs and the business services category provides high levels of closed business in a chapter. Providers of promotional products, graphic design services, website design, telecommunications, and training are just a few of this massive Power Team!
Health & Wellness Power Team
This is a Power Team category which is growing throughout BNI. Typical members are dentists, personal trainers, chiropractors, massage therapists, yoga centers, and nutrition coaches.
Events Power Team
Working together as a team, this category is highly successful. People who work well together in this Power Team include photographers, florists, travel agents, event planners, and limo companies.
