Open Enrollment for the upcoming plan year will be conducted during the following dates:
Wednesday, July 5, 2023, to
Wednesday, July 12, 2023
Open Enrollment is your only chance during the plan year to make changes to your coverage without proof of a qualifying event. A qualifying event is a life changing event such as marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of other coverage or spousal eligibility for another employer sponsored plan.
To access the online portal, you will need the following:
Your Username is the first letter of your first name and your last name. *If you have two last names, it should include both last names together with no spaces and punctuation (i.e apostrophe, hyphen). Also include suffix as Jr or III (entered as “iii”) Example: John Smith = Jsmith or John Smith III = Jsmithiii
Your initial temporary Password is six characters and include:
• Capitalize first letter of first name
• Lower case first letter of last name
• Last four digits of social security number
(Ex, John Smith with an SSN of 123-45-6789 would be Js6789)
Open Enrollment is MANDATORY. All active employees are entitled to benefits and have the chance to select/waive their coverage or make changes to benefits information.
Failure to complete the online enrollment process means:
Loss of dependent eligibility,
Loss of opportunity to enroll in voluntary coverage,
Loss of opportunity to waive medical coverage,
Default enrollment into employee-only coverage.
