Become a Licensed Massage Therapist

in less than 10 months!

We will begin offering Massage Therapy Certification in August 2023 at the HCC Brandon Campus. Our new 500-hour Massage Therapy Training Program is approved by the Florida Board of Massage and meets all the training requirements to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Students will master massage techniques, explore the history of massage and learn about anatomy and physiology as they relate to massage therapy, proper medical terminology, infection control, the benefits of massage, and how to start a business. 

Affordable payment options are available. Take advantage of our flexible Pre-Payment Plan or you may qualify for CareerSource Tampa Bay's WIOA Scholarship.

TECO Electrical Line Worker Training Program

The Electrical Line Worker Training Program is designed to provide students with the fundamental knowledge and basic skills needed when seeking a career opportunity in the electric utility industry as a line worker trainee.



The following certifications will be earned upon class completion:

• OSHA 10-Hour
• Bucket Truck Rescue
• Pole Top Rescue
• CPR & AED
• First Aid

Hours: 420 (4 days per week, 6 hours per session); 4-5 months total

Training Location: HCC Brandon Campus

Tuition: $6,500 (Scholarships available from TECO for qualified applicants)

Admission Requirements:

• 18 years old or older (By start of course)
• High school diploma / GED (By start of course)
• Pass a level 2 background check
• Pass a drug screen
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Students who successfully complete the program will have the chance to interview with TECO for an entry-level Electrical Line Worker position. Hourly wage starts at $26.98 and in five years, it can go upwards of $50 per hour.
