DEMA's new Diving Community Champion Award recognizes DEMA Member companies using diving to benefit their communities and the public. Nominations have been submitted and now it's YOUR turn to vote!

The deadline to vote for the business YOU think deserves to be honored as this year's Diving Community Champion is 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 18, 2019.

The Diving Community Champion Awards will presented during the DEMA Membership Meeting held at DEMA Show 2019 on November 14, 2019.

Submit Your Comments on the NOAA Proposed Changes to Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Office of National Marine Sanctuaries (ONMS) proposes to expand the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS) boundary, update sanctuary-wide regulations, modify and establish new marine zones, update marine zone-specific regulations, and revise the sanctuary's non-regulatory management plan.

DEMA will compile your comments and provide them directly to the NOAA Sanctuary Office to ensure that divers and dive professionals have a voice in seeking conservation of these natural resources while maintaining diver access to them - please send your written comments on the proposed Sanctuary changes directly to DEMA by emailing [email protected].

The Author's Corner is returning to DEMA Show 2019!  This Show feature provides Show attendees and exhibitors with opportunities to meet and engage with authors, hear about their exploits and encounters, obtain signed copies of their books, and have a unique experience while at DEMA Show. 

Participating authors will benefit from the unique opportunity to connect one-on-one with their readers and directly promote their books. 

 To participate, authors must be connected to an existing exhibitor (or have their own DEMA Show booth). Authors are encouraged to sign up early and promote their presence at the Show!
