Help Build DEMA-Sponsored Education Program for DEMA Show 2019: Volunteer Today!
DEMA is seeking DEMA Member retailers as volunteers to help create an extraordinary education program for DEMA Show 2019. Peer Reviewers will help DEMA determine if proposed educational programming is relevant to the current needs of the dive retailer, and whether the proposed program makes difficult or complex topics easy to understand and useful for those in the business of diving.
A new research study published by DEMA and conducted by William Cline of the Cline Research Group is being made available at not cost to all members of the diving industry. The goal of the study was to learn more about getting new (and often younger) professionals involved with the Diving Industry.
DEMA is now accepting nominations for the prestigious Reaching Out Award. Since 1989, the Reaching Out Award has been presented to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the sport of diving by "reaching out" in some special way to improve the sport for everyone.
The deadline for online submissions is 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, May 31, 2019.
