Tuesday: Norwegian Salmon Soup / Beer Cheese Soup
~ You may not be familiar with this soup, as we do not make it all the time, but it is definitely developing into a cult favorite. Once you try it you will know why. Loaded with fresh herbs and perfectly cooked salmon in a light creamy broth makes this a soup ideal for dunking in our herb salt bread.
If you know, you know, our beer cheese soup is absolutely delicious. I mean who doesn't want a soup that is based in cheese? This is our vegetarian option of the day so enjoy this with our salad of the week for a perfect lunch or dinner.

Our Guiness stew is made with lamb and beef as the base, then we throw in chunky carrots, onions, and fresh peas to make it all come together to a scrumptious stew. Ideal with our buttermilk biscuits.
This Irish womans heart sings when it comes to this next soup. The humble ingredients of potatoes, cabbage, and onion make this soup sing. You will be surprised with the amount of flavor this soup yields. Perfect with our rosemary garlic bread.
