Tuesday: Beef Barley Soup / Italian Tortellini Soup
~ This is one of Jess's favorite soups, and if it is the Chefs favorite, you know it's going to be good. Tender beef, tons of veggies, and earthy barley make up this hearty soup. Pairs perfectly with our herb salt bread.
Italian tortellini might be our most popular vegetarian soup. It is hard to beat, the cream tomato base with chunky cut veggies, spinach, and cheese tortellini. It just makes such a perfect dinner or lunch for the whole family. Even the kids love this one!
Wednesday- Stuffed Breads

Thursday- Clam Chowder
~ If we are only going to one soup on Thursdays we better make it a good one, so Clam Chowder it is. This deliciously briny soup is packed with fresh herbs, veggies, and chunky potatoes. It makes for an ideal dinner on a chilly spring week like we are having. Pair with our buttermilk biscuits.
Friday- Eggplant Parmesan
~ This Irish girl loves her some eggplant parmesan. It is crispy and light, yet meaty and filling. Then we add linguine with our homemade red sauce on top, melty cheese and you have yourself a meal. Dinner is done.
Saturday- Quiche
~Sausage, Blueberry, White Cheddar
~Pesto, Tomato, Mozzarella
~Spinach, Artichoke, Italian Cheese
Fiesta Salad~
~ Perfectly seasoned black beans, corn, bell peppers, red onion, and tomatoes on a bed of mixed greens with cheese sprinkled lightly on top.
