Tuesday: Clam Chowder / Mexican Street Corn

~ Clam chowder is a classic and comforting soup. Filled with potatoes, carrots, onions, and delicious clams. Perfect for dunking our buttermilk biscuits in.


Mexican corn tastes like summer in a bowl. Loaded with texture from the corn, peppers, and cotija cheese and flavor from how Jess chars the peppers and corn before she puts into the soup.







Wednesday- Carb Day

Thursday- Turkey Pumpkin Chili / Broccoli Cheddar

~This soup has been much requested and for good reason. It is one of those soups that people question but all it takes is just one taste and you know you will be eating every last bite. Sounds weirder than it tastes, because it tastes like chili. The best chili.


You know it, your family knows it, and it makes an easy meal for a busy weeknight. Eat the soup by itself with some of our bread or pair with your favorite protein for a complete meal.





Friday- Honey Soy Shrimp and Broccoli

~ Taste like fresh Chinese takeout done Batch style. Perfectly cooked shrimp in a honey, garlic, soy glaze paired with roasted broccoli and white rice. Dinner is done.






Saturday- Quiche

~Broccoli and Cheddar

~Sausage, Blueberry, White Cheddar

~Caramelized Onion and Gruyere





Fiesta Salad

~ Corn, black beans, tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion on a bed of mixed greens. Comes with corn chips and cheese. Pairs perfectly with our ranch.
