Tuesday: Loaded Potato Soup / Hungarian Mushroom Soup

~ I am pretty excited about this whole week's menu, and it is starting out with two killer soups. Loaded baked potato is hard to beat. It is literally loaded with potatoes, bacon, ham, carrots, onion, and of course, cheddar cheese. A soup that is an entire meal within itself and one the whole family loves.


Hungarian mushroom soup is one of the soups that you have it one time and you crave it. We sold out so quick the last time Jess made this and for good reason. I myself even took some home. Packed with mushrooms, fresh herbs, dill, paprika, and just enough sour cream to add this depth of flavor you don't expect. So incredibly delicious.






Wednesday- Stuffed Breads

Thursday- Lobster Bisque / Italian Tortellini Soup

~ Jess makes some of the best lobster bisque I have ever had. Absolutely decadent and deep in its flavor profiles. The base of this soup begins with lobster tails, shallots, garlic, butter, and sherry. It just gets better with veggies, herbs, and tons more lobster. This soup is worth every penny (and calorie).


One of our more popular vegetarian soups and the perfect shade of red for this Valentines Day week. Tomato and cream base with veggies, spinach, and savory cheese tortellini make this soup a perfect lunch. Pair with our sea salt bread and our salad of the week, and you have yourself a meal.






Friday- Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Chicken with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

~ You had me at roasted red pepper sauce. It is one of my favorite creations that Jess whips up and I would eat any protein or pasta with that smothered over it. Then we had a classic combination of spinach and artichoke, stuffed into a perfectly cooked chicken breast and you have yourself a meal. Dinner is done.





Saturday- Quiche

~Bacon, Mushroom, Gouda

~Spinach and Feta

~Caramelized Onion and White Cheddar






Berry Salad~

~Sweet strawberries, blueberries, tangy feta, and candied almonds on a bed of mixed greens.
