Tuesday: Buffalo Chicken Chili / Potato Soup
~ A perfect balance of spice and savory goodness that is loaded with veggies, beans, and tender chicken. Everyone in the family will love this soup and its hearty enough for the whole meal. But you can always pair with our herb salt bread to make it complete.
Potato soup is a classic and a favorite for many. Vegetarian, hearty, and loaded with the mighty potato. Whoever the lucky woman is to be the potato peeler will leave Batch with a brown hue staining her hands that day, there is a lot of potatoes in this soup.
Wednesday- Stuffed Breads
~Pepperoni Rolls and Flavor of the Week Roll
~Focaccia
~Olive Oil Breads
Thursday- Sausage Beer Cheese Soup / Mushroom Tortellini Soup
~ One of my favorite soups and not because of its health reasons. This soup is loaded with flavor from the savory sausage, caramelized onion, garlic, and many types of cheese. Perfectly pairs with our sea salt bread.
There is no one that makes a better mushroom soup then our Jess. I don't care what type of mushroom soup it is; the flavor and texture are next level delicious. She uses at least three different types of mushrooms which adds layers of flavor, along with the tons of veggies, herbs, spices, and then with this soup the cheese tortellini give it a boost of heartiness.
Friday- Pasta Primavera with/without Shrimp
~ A fan favorite and rightfully so. This meal is made with love and layers of steps to make sure every ingredient is cooked just right. The tomatoes, garlic, and shallots are cooked in the butter and olive oil sauce till they burst with flavor which is poured over the perfectly cooked noodles and roasted veggies and shrimp. All that is then topped with Italian cheese and freshly chopped parsley. Dinner is done.
Saturday- Quiche
~Buffalo Chicken and Cheddar
~Zucchini, Tomato, Italian Cheese
~Three Cheese Herb
Roasted Veggie Salad~
Perfectly roasted zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, carrots, fresh tomatoes, and Italian cheese on a bed of greens.
