The International Thespian Society attended the annual Georgia Thespian Conference! Over 5,000 GA Thespians attended in Columbus, GA! Duluth High School brought 60 students!

Duluth had a lot of be proud of at the conference:

1. Our 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee cast/crew performed for a full house and got a standing ovation and a 5 star review on the GA Thespian app! Molly Zhang and Jade Ritch also received "Outstanding Technical Awards" for doing lights and costumes.
2. We had four acts represented in the Performance Individual Events and they all received amazing ratings! Shout out to Ariel Lee, Gracie Dial, and Lexi Middleton for receiving straight superior scores from the judges (only 25 events received straight superiors out of the entire state!) They sang a trio "I Just Might" from the musical 9 to 5!
3. Our Improv Team competed in an individual Improv competition and our Improv Captain Hannah Eyre won alongside her team of 4 other thespians reps from other schools!
4. We had 3 seniors (Gracie Dial, Ally Higgins, and Jordan Karem) audition for 35 college representatives from across the county and all three received numerous callbacks to be considered for theatre scholarships to those schools!
5. Matt Mundt participated in the All-State Show as run-crew for "Memphis" that performed for all 5,000 attendees. They are still waiting to hear if that show was selected to perform at International Thespian Festival in July (*crossing fingers*)!

Very proud of Duluth! It was an amazing conference!
Please congratulate these students when you see them!
