The start of online permitting

CPD has just launched e-permits, a fully online system that has already successfully issued over 1,500 quick permits since July 3. Use it to schedule inspections, check permit status, and more.

Updated building code policies

We have updated two policies to clarify the insurance coverage needed for a demolition permit and to establish criteria around the correct building occupancy classification for marijuana stores and centers that are expanding or remodeling.
