Ethiopian Crosses are symbols of Christianity. There are many varieties as the artisans are given the freedom to exhibit their individual taste and creativity when designing. They are distinguished by their lattice work and Celtic to Egyptian influence. These crosses have been worn as part of Ethiopian Culture and Ethiopian Orthodox Church for hundreds of years. No two crosses are exactly identical.
