ISRAEL TRIP IS HUGE SUCCESS!

Twelve travelers enjoyed our recent trip to Israel with stays in Jerusalem, the Golan Heights and Tel Aviv. The group was very compatible, always on time and no one ever complained. We had an exceptional tour guide, Eli Meiri, whom I have known for more than 25 years. Our bus driver, Dudi, was wonderful and took very good care of us. We toured in comfort on his 60 passenger lift equipped motor coach. Unlike the US, other countries allow motor coaches to have as many seats as necessary to be removed in order to accommodate mobility equipment and provide safe transport.

REMINDER:

Guests booked on ALL Europe sailings (Dover, Civitavecchia and Lisbon included)

Boosters:

All guests 12 years and older who are fully vaccinated and are more than 6 months past the date of the last dose of their initial vaccine series, will need to show proof of having received a booster.
Guest will be considered boosted the day they receive the vaccine with no waiting period required.
Proof of vaccination and booster (if eligible) will be required at check-in. Guests who do not meet all requirements will be denied boarding and no refund will be provided.
If a guest is NOT eligible to meet the booster requirement, guest can reschedule their cruise or receive a future cruise credit. We will not accept exemptions for anyone 12 and older.

Debarkation Testing for Europe Sailings:

Guests returning to the U.S. will need a negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours of their flight. Guests should look into making an appointment for a COVID test at their departure airport or consider using one of the following self-administered telehealth viral antigen tests. In addition, testing will also be available on debarkation morning at the cruise terminal. A convenience fee of US$100, per person, will be assessed to the guest’s Sail & Sign account. Additional information will be provided on board, including how to register for your debarkation test.

The cruise industry is seeing a huge demand from people ready to hit the high seas. I've been very busy booking cabins for travel in 2022 and beyond. Cruises are filling up very quickly, especially accessible staterooms. I recommend securing a cabin now and reserving with a refundable deposit.

Please call me to redeem any remaining Future Cruise Credits (FCC's) so they don't go to waste. Covid Protocols are in a constant state of flux so call me with your questions and I'll try to help you navigate the ever changing rules.

Vaccine Yet???

Time To Get Your Booster Shot!

While we know that not everyone will get vaccinated, we believe very strongly that this is the right thing to do. We need to come together so that all of us feel safe. I will require my group participants to be vaccinated for my safety and theirs as well as the safety of other travelers.

It is more important now than ever to get vaccinated and protect against the Omicron Variant. Being vaccinated and boosted is not a political statement, it is common sense.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE FULLY VACCINATED FOR MOST TRAVEL.

SENIOR TRAVEL TIPS

The majority of my clients are seniors and sometimes require a little more TLC and extra planning. Read the following article for some good advice.

Be sure that all senior travelers are fully vaccinated and travel with their original proof of vaccination card.

Make arrangements in advance for wheelchair assistance at airports and cruise ship terminals.

Always carry medications and valuables in your carry-on. Do not pack in your luggage.

We are not traveling to any shows at the current time as we will be traveling with our groups to Israel, London/Paris, Alaska and the Western Med.

We will attend the Dallas show next December and will try to fit in Phoenix and Miami if time allows.

We love when you participate in our groups but please remember to call us when you want to plan a vacation for the two of you or with a group of friends or family members. We can most likely plan any type of vacation you want and we will be sure to address all your accessibility requirements and needs. We so enjoy doing the research for you and look forward to planning that next trip just for you! Also, if you see one of our groups that you would like to do but perhaps the dates don't work, give us a call. We can usually duplicate the same trip just for you and your travel companions.
