November 2025

OUR VALUE

As October turns to November, we take a moment to reflect and celebrate. This month’s Spark recaps a busy October while looking ahead to Native American Heritage Month — a time to honor the roots that ground our work. From the ribbon cuttings at Rowe MKE and Cloud Village, to our team tour of the Forest County Potawatomi Community and participation in Indigenous Biz Con 2025, each story reflects growth, connection, and the spirit of collaboration that defines Team Greenfire.

#BuildersOfTheFuture.

Bob Boelter

Marketing Coordinator

2025 marks Greenfire’s 15 Year anniversary. To mark this achievement, we asked members of our team to reflect on their time with Greenfire and offer a glimpse into the company’s future.

Briefly share a time you were proud to be a part of Greenfire.

"I take immense pride in seeing a project go from the early stages of development to completion – hearing the first-hand accounts from our clients and project partners who share that same pride and sense of optimism for what their completed project will bring to their community. Being part of the firm that brought catalytic projects like Davidson Park and Concordia 27 in our own backyard of Milwaukee’s Near West Side, and helping share those stories for others to aspire to is something I’m very proud of as a member of Greenfire."

What is one thing you are looking forward to in Greenfire's future?

"I look forward to Greenfire continuing to grow in diverse market sectors that bring positive impacts to communities throughout Wisconsin.“
