The Gresham Area Chamber did not endorse a candidate in the governor's race. However, the Oregon State Chamber of Commerce endorsed Christine Drazan. The Village Retirement Center is just one of the many places Drazan has visited in East County.

Board Members Steve Brown, The Outlook/Pamplin Media Group, and Andrew Speer, Portland General Electric are looking forward to the Annual Membership Meeting scheduled for November 18th, 2022 at the Friday AM. The vote for two new board members will be on the agenda that day. Save the date.

Lila Leathers
We are sad to tell you that Lila Leathers, Leathers Fuels, passed away on November 1st. A beloved community member, past Chamber President, winner of the Family Business Award in 2022, sister of Sheriff Bob Skipper (above photo), and generous to a fault. Lila will be missed by many for so many reasons.

Only candidates who return questionnaires are considered for endorsement.
After review and or interview, Government Affairs Council makes recommendations to Board.
Board votes on recommendations. 
Chamber membership is not criteria for endorsement.
