Our week kicked off in Green Lake, WI at the WCCE Fall Conference. We were surrounded by our chamber friends from all over the state of WI and the powerhouse team from Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce aka Wisconsin's Chamber! Even better they invited the high-energy-straight-shooter keynote speaker, Kyle Sexton, to drop nugget after nugget of quality takeaways and we gobbled them up.
Topics of conversation revolved around connection, marketing, hiring, economic advocacy, housing, leadership development, sales, workforce, and education. We talked about AI. We talked about retention and revenue. We looked at the value of free enterprise and we talked about mission. Together we navigated what is happening in the state and then narrowed in on the opportunity in our own communities. Needless to say our thinking caps were on and they were spinning!
Learning is vital to our organization. We need to hear from the leaders in our industry but we also need to hear from you!
