Are you and your students ready to experience a FRESH style and approach to violin playing right in YOUR classroom or auditorium? Well, we've got the answer for you! Super-Sensitive Musical String Company endorsed Artist, Brooke "Viosocalist" Alford! Born in Aberdeen, NC, raised in Marietta, GA, and currently residing in Princeton, NJ, Brooke "Viosocalist" Alford is a contemporary national performing and recording Artist of the Violin.  She will begin her Spring 2014 Southeast Tour starting March 9th.  She would love to present her unique and exciting artistry to your orchestra students!  During her presentation, she will encourage students to explore various possibilities when it comes to creating music with their instruments, as well as demonstrating the different styles in which she performs to audiences all over the country.  Brooke also promotes health and fitness as a way of life.  She encourages her audiences young and seasonsed to put their health first so that they can be at their best doing the things that they love! Brooke is available to come to your school on the following dates:

About Brooke "Viosocalist" Alford, Artist of the Violin: 

A native of Aberdeen, NC, raised in Marietta, GA, and currently residing in Princeton, NJ, Brooke "Viosocalist" Alford is a contemporary national performing and recording Artist of the Violin.  Typically, one would refer to an individual who plays the violin as a Violinist; however, Brooke likes to refer to herself as an Artist of the Violin. She uses the name, "Viosocalist"[Pronounced: VIO (as in "Violin")-SOUL-KA-LIST], which means a violin player who soulfully sings through the violin, to describe her unique style of playing.  Brooke has captivated audiences in Atlanta and nationally from the northeast all the way to the west coast.  Not only are her audiences impressed by her extraordinary skills and talent on the violin, but also by her commitment to health and wellness through her sub-brand, ViosocalistFit.  Brooke is a competitve athelete in 5k and 10k running and a bikini and fitness model competitor.  She encourages all of her listeners and followers to "take care of YOUR health first, so that you can be at your best to be a blessing to others.  Without our health, we have NOTHING and can do nothing".  

Brooke has opened and shared the stage with national and international recording artists such as Najee, Will Downing, Alex Bugnon, Frank McComb, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, and Paul Taylor.  You can even find her circulating commercial on Earvin "Magic" Johnson's new television channel, ASPiRE, on the Comcast network! Enjoy Brooke's new CD "The Viosocalist", available on iTunes and all other major online distribution sites. Brooke holds a B.M. degree in Violin Performance from Florida State University College of Music.
