FCC Reached over 4000 Individuals in FY2020!
Update from the Executive Director
The COVID-19 virus has created much uncertainty in our lives and the economy. This uncertainty adds to the challenges of families across Baltimore who experience the impacts of domestic violence. FCC has been able to assist 126 individuals this summer including our Children's Program. New Offerings Coming Soon!

FCC offers a range of community-based services, including family-centered coaching, counseling, victim advocacy, and aftercare services for families leaving shelter/transitional housing. New groups include the Parent Hope Project, a parent coaching program and Financial Literacy. Get more details here.
