Getting additional columns from a
lookup item to your form
In many cases when users select a value in a Lookup column, there is a need to display additional columns from the selected lookup item in the form.

For example, in the following “Lead tracker” form, user selects an Account and then an Account contact:
After an account contact is selected, the email and phone (taken from the “Account Contacts” lookup list) are displayed below, in read-only format.
