Board Meeting Summary Date: February 10, 2024
President’s Remarks
The Villa Monterey 3 annual meeting took place on February 10th. We extend our gratitude to the Election board members, including Pat Reasbeck, Penelope Meyers, Diane Botica and Andy Stevenson, for their service.
We also appreciate Michelle Bussiere for her diligent and thorough work as our Treasurer over the past three years.
The election winners, announced by Andy Stevenson, were Ralph Whitney and Karen Fleming. Following the Annual Meeting, the February board meeting was conducted.

New Initiatives:
We adopted a new agenda process. After the board builds an agenda, it will go to the community for potential additions. Community members will have 48 hours before it is published via a blast.
We thank those who signed up for a committee. We have contacted half of the signees and will reach out to the rest soon.
The board is actively updating forms with the new members’ names and determining the best way for residents to communicate with the board.
The community will receive information before and after all board meetings.
We have approved software for the Reserve Fund Study.
