Dear Earthlight Promotions Soul Friends,

I perch myself on the highest tree in the forest, beam down light, and pray that clouds release water to extinguish fires worldwide. So much filth is coming to the surface, such as the Diddy trial exposing all the glitters, which is not platinum. Sometimes, it is Pooh disguised as fun, fame, and love. To navigate these challenging times, I stick to my tried-and-true remedies: positive affirmations, breathwork, yoga, forest bathing, organic eating, sound healing, and attending the School of Mystics led by Michael Sandler, and attending Holistic Retreats among my favorites.

I would like to highlight the Holistic Retreat led by Dante Baker, which will take place from Friday, July 25, to Sunday, July 27. This retreat encompasses all of my favorite activities and is set in the beautiful natural surroundings of Casa Om Retreat Center in Martinsburg, WV, just 60 miles from Northern Virginia.
