ANNUAL BENEFIT CONCERT
Saturday, March 7, 5 PM

A refugee is someone who has been forced to flee their country because of war, violence, or persecution. More than 2,000 refugees call Richmond their home, bringing with them creative energy, determination, a wealth of experience, and a depth of perspective to their new communities.

You are invited to learn more about these journeys and support the work of ReEstablish Richmond at “Distant Lands,” a special benefit concert presented by Christ Church Episcopal music ministry. Under the direction of Keith Tan and featuring guest conductor William Bradley Roberts , the concert experience will take participants on a journey through music and storytelling. The concert features string quartet and an inter-generational choir and band. The event is free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted at the concert and online.

Practices will begin March 7 at Short Pump Middle School at 10:00 AM. In March, we will shake the rust off and get warmed up for the season, which begins in early April. We play most Tuesday nights through July, and most importantly, we enjoy eath other’s fellowship and have a lot of laughs.
