The online workshop will provide an overview of the program and explain how eligible households may receive up to $350,000 in assistance for down payment and closing costs to purchase a home in areas with lower wildfire risk.
Prospective applicants will learn how the program works, eligibility requirements, and the steps needed to apply. Community partners, real estate professionals, and organizations serving wildfire-impacted communities are encouraged to share the event with potential applicants.
