Each of us has a way of talking that can avoid the vulnerability and intimacy of being present with ourselves and others. When we speak from deep honesty, from our own authentic note, Truth speaks Itself; available, clear, freely unfolding, and in harmony with ourselves, others, and life.
In this afternoon of Self-inquiry, we will draw on the wisdom mirror of the Enneagram of Freedom, revealing the positive intention of our talking style. Questions of discovery and creative exercises will guide the way as we learn to overhear ourselves and reframe our style of talking to freely speaking what is genuine, honest, and heartfelt.
