As a REALTOR, being safe is an important part of the job! Join NAR for two free REALTOR® Safety webinars on Sept. 20 and 27 at 2pm Eastern time.  In these sessions, you will learn how to minimize risks in your business interactions. How We Can Help Hurricane Victims
The GLAR Board of Directors has approved a $5000 donation to the REALTOR Relief Foundation. NAR is calling on the REALTOR family to donate funds to the foundation to support storm victims in Texas and other affected areas, and we are asking you to join us in this effort with your personal donation to the REALTOR Relief Foundation.

You can do so in less than one minute using your credit card on the secure online form below.  These support efforts both reflect and depend on the generosity of REALTORS.  RRF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, with administrative costs covered by the National Association of REALTORS®. That means 100 percent of all donations go directly to victims.

* NOTE: The License Compliance- REQUIRED PLE course on September 18, 2017 from 1-4pm is a PLE requirement for all licensees who obtained their original license after January 1, 2016.  It provides an overview of non-compliance issues that can cause the cancellation of a real estate licenses by the KREC.

Our Annual Meeting is this Thursday, September 14th from Noon to 1:30pm at the Marriott Louisville East. Check in for registrants begins at 11:15am with the program beginning promptly at Noon.  Please note walk-ins will not be accepted at this event.  Pre-registration is required to attend. If you find you cannot attend, email Tosha@LouisvilleRealtors.com to avoid the $25 no show fee.

Store Closed for Inventory - Sept. 29

The REALTOR Store will be CLOSED on September 29, 2017 for inventory.  The Store will reopen at 8am on September 30th.

Member Fall Dues Emailed to You
 
Just a note to let you know that the Fall Member Dues Statements were sent via e-mail from Accounting@LouisvilleRealtors.com.  If you did not receive a statement, please check your e-mail spam folder and/or junk folder.  If it is not in your junk/spam then please make sure that we have your correct e-mail address on file at the Association. Your invoices, as always, may be viewed and paid though our online member portal at http://ims.lbr.org.  We are no longer able to accept checks online, but do accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.  
 

MLS Tip of the Week

The Flexmls Document Fax-In service will be  discontinued on October 4, 2017. Agents currently using this service should plan to use alternative tools, such as scanning the documents or using a mobile phone to create images or PDFs of the documents.
