Increase Your Swing Power With StretchLab Golfers’ Program!

StretchLab first opened its doors in California in 2015 and has since expanded nationwide, now operating more than 500 studios across the United States, with over 1,000 licenses awarded globally. With no signs of slowing down, StretchLab continues to provide its signature one-on-one assisted stretching sessions designed to improve flexibility and athletic performance while reducing muscle tension and pain.

Recognizing the growing number of golfers among their clientele, StretchLab Crown Point and St. John are proud to introduce their Specialized Golfers’ Program. Golf requires precision, power, and mobility, and these customized assisted stretching sessions are designed to enhance flexibility in key areas such as the hips, shoulders, spine, and hamstrings. The program supports increased swing power while helping to protect the body from strain and injury, making it ideal for both off-season recovery and in-season preparation.

Common concerns addressed in this program include chronic low back pain, tight hip flexors and quadriceps, limited mobility, and swing performance improvement. Each golfer begins with a unique Movement Analysis and Performance Screening (MAPS), which evaluates mobility, muscle activation, posture, and symmetry to identify restrictions or compensation patterns. Conditions such as “S-posture,” golfer’s elbow, knee pain, and a history of shoulder or elbow injuries can also be effectively addressed.

With stretches specifically tailored to the muscles involved in the golf swing, this 3-month program will tailor each player's individual needs to a customized session routine devised by their flexologist for best performance on the golf course and feeling their best while doing it!

Call today for more information on the Golfers’ Program, or to schedule a half-price introductory session of 25 or 50 minutes! Call 219-444-5597 (Crown Point) or 219-934-7234 (St. John).
