I want to thank the line dance crew for coming out last Saturday to the Cool & Co. event! I also want to thank Bridget, our line dance sister from Milwaukee for coming to hang out with us on Saturday! Just know that when we did the "Full Circle", all eyes were on us! As usual, it was a fun time hanging out with the line dance crew!
Just so everyone knows, we always review previous learned line dances. So, if you didn't get a particular line dance, don't worry, because we will review that line dance again. So, stay encouraged, because my job is to make sure that you learn all of the line dances!
The "Gotta Dance" soul line dancing class with ME (Tina Jackson - The Lady of Line Dance) takes place every Tuesday evening from 6:30PM - 8:30PM at Oxford/Jimmy Lee Rec Center (270 N. Lexington Pkwy., St. Paul, MN 55104 - corner on Lexington Pkwy & Marshall Ave). Class is only $5.
Class schedule:
6:30PM - 7:30PM - Beginning/Intermediate Line Dances
7:30PM - 8:30PM - Intermediate/Advance Line Dances
(Everyone is welcome to stay for both class sessions)!!!
**Please make sure to pay at the front desk when you enter the rec center. You will get a ticket from the front desk after you pay. Please give the ticket to me when you come into the gym and then sign in. That way we can keep accurate count on how many people are attending the class each week. If you already receive the weekly newsletter, just sign your name only. If you don't receive the newsletter, please sign in with your name and email address. Dress cool and comfortably and please wear your gym shoes or rubber sole shoes (so we don't scratch up the gym floor)!**
Please remember that this drop-in class is only $5 and it is for beginning and intermediate line dancers. Men, women and mature children are welcome, because soul line dancing is for everyone!!! Soul line dancing is a wonderful opportunity to do a fun activity together with family, friends and co-workers! So, tell a friend and/or bring a friend to the "Gotta Dance" soul line dancing class every Tuesday evening from 6:30PM - 8:30PM at Oxford/Jimmy Lee Rec Center.
**For the safety of smaller children, if you need to bring them to the class, please make sure that they stay inside the gym and that they remain seated on the bleachers.**

I will be teaching soul line dancing through St. Paul Community Education. The class will take place at Central High School (275 N. Lexington Pkwy., St. Paul, MN 55104). The 6-week session is $40 and begins Monday, September 26, 2012 from 6:30PM - 8:30PM. The St. Paul Community Ed fall booklet is out and registration begins on September 5, 2012. If you're interested in learning Beginning Chicago-Style Steppin', please register with St. Paul Community Education. No partner required. The class will take place at Central High School (275 N.
