Sleep Management Workshop 101 – Rise & Shine, Can’t Sleep? Count Sheep

Introduction to sleep education, create a Sleep Journal & energy level graph. Introduce sleep documentations and have a group fill out for next week’s journal information.

Practice includes seated poses in a chair and standing poses that use the chair for balance and support. Perfect for beginners.

Parlor Games with Brooklyn Community Pride Center

Start your week off with pure fun at Parlor Games. We’ll be playing different games every Monday at 4:30pm. Bring your favorite game to share! This meeting is open to all who wish to attend.

A Tribute to Trivia & Game Shows

A fun way to begin the day & also win a prize. The facilitator will give some history of trivia and trivia games/show. Then the participants will play; ask questions from a variety of topics and you answer. Come and have some Tuesday morning fun.

In meditative drawing, the artist’s intention is to reach a state of flow through the connections made from pen on paper. Exploring the six elements of art, we begin with the line and move through to shape, form, value, space and lastly texture, as we explore the different elements of art we incorporate them into our drawings.
