Senior Chair Yoga
12 pm - 1 pm
Join in for a gentle Chair Yoga class to stretch, gain flexibility and strengthen the body in an accessible way! Practice includes seated poses in a chair and standing poses that use the chair for balance and support. Perfect for beginners.

Online Advanced Spanish Class
2-3 pm

Learn introductory Spanish with a native speaker. Fun filled lessons will include grammar, speech and writing skills. This class is for intermediate and advanced speakers.    

Wednesday

Creative Caribbean Movement with Kendra J. Ross
10:30-11:30
This slow-paced fusion class will use traditional folklore movements that represent varying themes such as play, passageways, flow, beauty and strength as a foundation to color and inform a modern dance combination. The class will finish with light stretching to allow all the work to settle in. All ages and mobility levels welcome.

Yoga and Bollywood Dance with Stonewall Village NYC
12-1 pm
This class teaches yoga and gentle stretching to relax the mind and body, as well as exposure to the Bollywood dance form. We will be learning short and simple dance sequences to rhythmic Indian music that will get your whole body moving and energized! This class is perfect for anyone who loves to dance - no experience necessary!

Meditation Art

In meditative drawing, the artist’s intention is to reach a state of flow through the connections made from pen on paper. Exploring the six elements of art, we begin with the line and move through to shape, form, value, space and lastly texture, as we explore the different elements of art, we incorporate them into our drawings.
