Sunday, Jan. 19 was a day of rejoicing at Northmont!



It's the day we began to celebrate our 100 years as a congregation. An inspired message, glorious music including a specially composed hymn for the occasion by composer Glenn L. Rudolph, and a superb reception all were the order of the day. We invite you to join us in this year-long journey of celebration and exciting upcoming events.

A special thanks to Pastor Ben and the members of the 100 Year Celebration Committee: Ted Mills, Gwen Spahr, Kathy Dobson, Sue Scott, Betty Milfried, Cheryl English and Bonnie Elphinstone.

Thanks to everyone who made last week’s celebration so successful. It was a wonderful way to begin our centennial. Many of you commented on the great text and beautiful tune in Glenn Rudolph’s hymn, “We Are Grounded.” We will continue to sing it throughout the year. Thank you, Glenn, for your gift to us!
