There are cards to fill out at the studio so you can keep track of your progress. When you fill out your card completely, give it to your instructor and you’ll receive your discount . . . and possibly your awesome shirt! Good luck!!

Hi ! HAPPY New Year! Here come those New Year's resolutions…let's plan to take them far past January this year. New Year, New You . . . all great things! I’m so excited for January at Happy Hour! 

We will be starting a group cleanse. Some of you came to the cleanse seminar last month and learned what it entails and the benefits you’ll enjoy. We’ll begin our cleanse on January 7 ^th so there’s still time to prepare. You can do a full fledged cleanse . . . or just eat “clean” throughout the month. It’s up to you how far you take it. I can tell you I felt so much better after I did it in October and November. I’m going to do it again with a little less intensity this time.
