Careers in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math are exploding this year, and more and more women are being attracted to them.  This webinar will explain how advances in technology have enabled women to have increased career opportunities in STEM industry verticals while finding a good work / life balance.
Our Speaker is Manny Mandrusiak, Executive Director of Q College and Q Academy. Manny is a Business Development Specialist with over 10+ years experience in Sales and Marketing as well as Technology Training. His expertise is building solid educational teams that improve the productivity and competency of their company.

What are the different membership categories? Who Can Join?

You can join as an active (voting) member or a (non-voting) Ambassador. You can also attend an event for a drop in fee.
An Active (Voting) member is best described as a woman who is:
  1. at the time of admittance to this class, is now, has been within the last two years, or will be within the next two years, engaged in remunerative employment, and
  2. is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada (previously called landed immigrant), or
  3. is a BPW Canada member transferring from another BPW Canada club where she holds ACTIVE member status.

An Ambassador (Non-Voting) is best described as a woman who is:
  1. not engaged in remunerative occupation in business, professions, politics or industry at the time of acceptance to membership in this class and was not previously a BPW Canada member, or
  2. is a BPW member who belongs to a club elsewhere in Canada but wishes to be participate in an on-line club as a non-voting contributor, or
  3. is not a Canadian citizen nor a permanent resident.
