Come fishing this year! The redfish and trout are biting great this time of year!

The Santa Fe High School Baseball Fishing tournament is THIS WEEKEND, January 22nd! Captains meeting, Cornhole tournament & LIVE MUSIC from Clay Brooker on Friday night 6pm-9pm! It is not mandatory however participants must swing by Saturday morning at 6:30am to pick up a poker chip to weigh-in in the afternoon.

Pictures below are from this past weekend's tournament hosted by the GHS Fishing Team Tournament. We could not have asked for better weather for this tournament. The Gainesville High School Fishing Team was raising money to compete in their future Major League High School Bass Fishing Tournament in Lake Guntersville, Alabama. We wish them the best of luck. Go Hurricanes!

The winners are as follows...1st Place Trout – Andy Phillips-3.13lbs, 2nd Place Trout – Logan Williams-2.6lbs

3rd Place Trout – Collin English-2.5lbs, 1st Place Redfish – Drew Williams-5.2lbs

2nd Place Redfish – Bobbi Brady-4.5lbs, 3rd Place Redfish – Andy Phillips-4.3lbs

1st Place Spots – Lane Gayheart-5 spots, Jr. Angler Winner - Lane Gayheart, Redfish-4.10lbs

Lane Gayheart, won the Jr. Angler Category for Redfish as well as the Most Spots Adult Category. His fish weighed 4.10lbs and had five spots.

Lane was all smiles after receiving the winning cash!

Steven Gayheart weighed in a 2.15lb redfish and a 2.15lb trout.

Collin English also caught some nice redfish while fishing for the tournament.

Shenan Foster from Brunswick, GA, along with Gary Altman, and son, Bart Altman, had a wonderful day catching redfish and trout with Capt. Steve Graham.

Buddy Warren Conoly was fishing the flats when he hooked up on a nice redfish with Capt. Steve Graham.

Kenneth caught and released multiple gag grouper during an offshore trip with Capt. Chase Norwood.

The Tener family came back with some nice vermillion snapper with Capt. Chase Norwood.

Jeff Wallace and his Buddy Warren Conoly from North Georgia, had a great day reeling in redfish and trout with Capt. Steve Graham.

Our Sea Hag boutique, Heart of Hatchee, will have a booth again at the Fiddler Crab Festival! She will also have her items for sale inside of the marina like usual for easy shopping at both locations.

We just put some more gorgeous docks in the water! We hope to finish dock construction soon and we can't wait to share it with you all.

February 18th, 19th & 20th 2022!

The Tener family slayed the red grouper during an offshore trip with Capt. Chase Norwood. Red grouper is currently open and biting great!

What a day for Bobbi Brady & Andy Phillips! They took home 2nd Place Redfish at 4.5lbs, 1st place Trout at 3.13lbs & 3rd place Redfish at 4.3lbs!

Drew Williams won 1st Place Redfish and took home the cash prize of $300.

Logan Williams won 2nd Place Trout.

Clay Rowe is holding up a monster trout he caught on the flats.

Matt Cowart fished in the Professional Redfish Fishing Tournament over the weekend and landed this stud redfish. We have got two awesome redfish tournaments coming up the next two weeks here at Sea Hag.

Colin Ammons caught this 38 inch black drum weighing in at 45lbs on 30lb test in the Steinhatchee river at marker 25 on live shrimp fishing on the bottom.

The Tener boys caught tons of red snapper with Capt. Chase Norwood. All were successfully released and the boys are ready to catch them again this summer!

We have been busy at the Sea Hag! Not only did we just finish our awesome new deck but we were also able to finish the new roof to go with it!

LIVE MUSIC, CORNHOLE, TIKI BAR, FISHING & CASH PRIZES! THIS WEEKEND!

This weekend January 22, 2022, is the Santa Fe High School Baseball Fishing Tournament. Entry for the fishing tournament is $50 per angler and $25 for 12 and under. You can register at the captain's meeting or online at https://www.sbac.edu/Page/19820. The Captain's meeting is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. There is a check-in Saturday morning at 6:30am that is mandatory for the angler to get there token to be able to Weigh-In by 3pm.

They will be having their captain's meeting Friday night January 21, 2022 alongside their Cornhole Tournament from 7-9pm. Entry for the cornhole is $50 a team or $30 for an individual, registration opens at 5:30pm. Clay Brooker will be performing music live and the tiki bar will be open! Don't miss out!

Come on down and see all the great fish being weighed in from 2-3pm, on Saturday. We look forward to seeing you there!
