Metro Housing Forms Owner Advisory Committee

In April, Metro Housing held the first meeting of its new Owner Advisory Committee. The members represent a diverse cross section of the owners and managers with whom Metro Housing|Boston works. The advisory committee will meet not less than three times a year. The members will share best practices and will use their expertise and unique perspectives to provide feedback to the staff regarding the programs Metro Housing administers and will make recommendations to the staff regarding policies and procedures to enhance customer service to owners and residents.

The owner training that is taking place on April 30 is a direct result of the meeting held earlier this month. You can find a description of the training in this newsletter.
