Why don't we kick this off with an amazing cast iron cook from "Troutman". He h
ad some leftover fajita meat from the night before, . Fired up the gasser to about 400* and got it all hot and melty.
|
|
Next up we have "Richard Chrz."
Prime Picanha and some seasonal Morel Mushrooms. Nothing beats fresh Morels this time of year.
|
|
"Troymeister" had his Weber Smokey Mountain fired up this month. Here we have some great looking pork spare ribs.
|
|
"Attjack" is back this month with some awesome looking hanger steak tacos. Fresh and clean with great colors.
|
|
Philly maybe know for cheese steaks, but they can also crank out some killer glazed salmon from "Oozzy."
|
|
"Ibyer" cooked this great looking patch cocked chicken on his Masterbuilt MPS340 XL gas smoker. He used apple wood for the smoke too.
|
|
"MTurney" took his first shot at some beef plate ribs. Check out these bones- great photos!
|
|
Who's is in for a burger? How about this double cheese burger creation from "Ernest" made with left over nacho cheese sauce and two beef patties. WOW.
|
|
"Meat P" went all out and made homemade sourdough bread to go with these amazing slices of roast beef.
|
|
"Pequod" had his Komodo Kamado 32 fired up and made some glorious
Moroccan spiced honey lamb shanks, reducing the glaze after braising all afternoon. Spectacular.
|
|
"Satchelpig" threw some chicken on the some skewers to make these bourbon chicken skewers. Great job.
|
|
For Memorial Day "rgriffeath" made some baby back ribs, baked potatoes, green beans, corn and roasted beats. What a great all-American cook.
|
|
"texastweeter" glazed these amazing lamb chops for dinner. This is a meal fit for a king.
|
|
Next up we head down to Alabama for some London Broil from "jfmorris". He used Meathead's recipe
"London Broil Done Right." Great job with this recipe, jfmorris.
|

"treesmacker' cooked this amazing looking beef tenderloin sous vide. This was served with garlic wine sauce and corn on the cob. Wonderful!
