Are you a nonprofit leader shifting your organization to be more equitable and inclusive?
Sign up to fuel change with Building Movement Project!
Building Movement Project (BMP) supports and pushes the nonprofit sector to tackle the most significant social issues of our times by developing research, creating tools and training materials, providing guidance, and facilitating networks for social change.

BMP has developed the Race Equity Assessment---a tool that gathers opinions, perspectives, and experiences of organizations' staff. Responses will be aggregated and analyzed to develop a customized organizational report.

Organizational leaders interested in fostering more equitable and inclusive workplaces can encourage their employees to participate in a beta test for the Race Equity Assessment.
