SECRET TALENT: Baking fresh Sourdough Bread!
CLAIM TO FAME: I enjoy all levels of hot sauce and completed the Hot Ones lineup multiple times. This also led me to growing my own hot sauce garden. I focus on all the different ingredients to make my own sauces including habanero, serrano, puma peppers. With this I have discovered a unique way to garden using a wicking method to grow my plants. I fertilize and water from the bottom up using constructed wicking tubs.
RANDOM CONSTRUCTION FACTOID: I am proof that anyone can build a DIY wood burning pizza oven. I built one this summer in my back yard and it has been a blast entertaining friends on nice days. I used cinder blocks as my stand and poured a concrete base and dome using a thermal mix. It’s not the most efficient way to make pizza but its way more fun.
CONTEMPLATIVE THOUGHT OF THE DAY: I strongly feel that everyone should explore and pursue their hobbies. Hobbies are something to be proud of and make for fun conversations. I find it inspiring talking about other people’s interests. I truly think I can listen and learn something new with everyone I meet and establish a common ground no matter our backgrounds.
