Hello Dr. Stacia,

A warm hello to all of our clients and four-legged patients from TEAM SMVC. It’s been a long year for all of us and we are so grateful to be here, continuing to serve the St. Croix community from our beautiful veterinary hospital, boarding facility, and green space in La Grande Princesse.

Gratitude really is our Cat-ti-tude (pardon the pun 😺) at SMVC. And we are beyond blessed to be your partner in veterinary care. Our team is energized, passionate, and dedicated to providing you and your pets with the very best service and attention. Your pet’s health IS our passion. And at SMVC, we take a holistic approach to your pet’s well-being. From our full-service veterinary hospital to our pet grooming/spa and boarding/hotel amenities, our professional and friendly team members are at the ready to assist you with all of your pet’s needs.

While we continue to operate our curbside service (due to the pandemic) and are not always able to see our clients in person, we are feeling the love from our patients, and from you over the phone! We thank you for your patience and cooperation as we continue to adapt to a new level of service and keep our team healthy and safe. And we want you to know how much you all mean to us. Thank you for your continued support and for the love you give to your four-legged family members.

All grooming services include a bath, haircut, blowdry and pawdicure. And when your pet is booked for a stay at the Inn at Sugar Mill (St. Croix’s only stand alone pet hotel/boarding facility) grooming services can be booked at a 15% discount.

Boarding - Speaking of pampering your pet….have you checked out our boarding facility/pet hotel- the Inn at Sugar Mill Veterinary Center? We are open for business and accommodating both dogs and cats in our celebrated and unique stand-alone, air-conditioned space.

In addition to their ample inside suites, dogs enjoy outside playtime in Solja’s dog park and hiking in our beautiful green space. Cat rooms are double-sided with private restrooms separated from their sleeping and eating quarters. Our boarding TEAM is super dedicated to ensuring that your four-legged family members enjoy a staycation vacation while you are away or enjoying some private time. 

Two formerly feral kittens who appeared on Dr. Stacia’s back porch a month or so ago!

These two brothers have been neutered, vaccinated, and cleared for adoption. They are healthy and now super sweet and socialized. Give us a call to make an appointment to meet them. They are ready to go home with you!

Our adoption fee is a $50 donation to the nonprofit Sunshine Foundation. We would like them to be adopted together and to go to a loving home here on St. Croix.
