Gary Zaborac (NHA Director) will lead the conversation with details about the group's history, mission, previous accomplishments and how they are tackling the health disparities by zip code in our community.
Bob Theis (Samuel Rodgers), Johannah Schrader (NKCH/Meritas) and Michelle Lane (NKCH/Meritas) will share details about the three community health needs that are their focus for the next 3 years.

The Missouri Hospital Association has selected North Kansas City to share the story of what they are doing to improve the community health upstream of the hospital/clinical environment. This story will be shared in a tiny bite sized documentary, and the filming crew will be there, filming!
