Here's your Motivational Monday Minute to get your week started!
Don't worry about the outcome.  I know you need to be results-oriented and to have an end-goal in mind. But sometimes when we have tasks to complete, we may be so attached to what it should "look" like that it prevents us from even getting started. So if this applies to you, don't get stuck on worrying about the outcome. Just take the first step. Remember, you can always "course-correct" in the process, but you can't do this if you don't get started.
