Don't Stop.  Today, it's a quote from Confucius:  "It doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you don't stop."  In this age of great technology, the internet, social media, etc., we're used to getting things immediately, and unfortunately, that expectation may also lead to disappointment, frustration, and discouragement when we're not able to reach our goals quickly.  But the reality is, achieving significant, substantive goals takes time.  (Probably not what you want to hear.)  It may take weeks, months, and even years to get there.  Yes, along the way, you may have to change your course (not give up on your goals), pivot, or re-calibrate.  Whatever you do, don't stop, work hard, and you'll get there.
