Sometimes, the only thing standing in your way to getting things done and reaching your goals is . . . (wait for it) . . . YOU! You may be standing in your own way by engaging in self-sabotaging behaviors/habits such as procrastination, having self-limiting beliefs or thoughts, blaming circumstances or situations, etc. Become aware of what you may be doing to thwart your efforts and do something different (simply doing the "opposite" of what you have been doing may be sufficient).
