The only limits are the ones you place on yourself.  Even within the limitations you feel you can't change, there are things you still can do if you shift your focus and expand your mind to think of all the possibilities.  Thinking of all the things you can't do will de-motivate and immobilize you. Start focusing on all that you can do.  It will require you to get creative and think outside of the box.
