Today, it's a quote from Vince Lombardi: "The man on top of the mountain didn't fall there."  Success doesn't "just happen." Successful people don't just "fall into" success. It takes years of hard work, multiple failures, going against the naysayers, overcoming adversity/obstacles, etc. to get to the top. Even then, it's continued hard work. The daily grind.
