Here's your Motivational Monday Minute to get your week started!
Don't let fear get in your way.  We all have fears in one form or another.  It's part of being human.  But we don't have to be bound by our fears.  Usually, when we know we should do something, but we don't, it's because of our fears.  Most often, it's the "what-ifs" of the negative-, "doom-and-gloom" kind.  You know, the "what if this doesn't work, "what if they don't like it," "what if I'm not good enough," etc.  It's generally not the positive what-if's that we focus on, the outcomes we want.  So, to move through this, we need to focus more on the positive outcomes(s).  Yes, it does take courage, but courage is just that:  Not the absence of fear, but doing things in spite of the fear.  

So, what will you focus on today, this week?
