Celebration of New Ministry Gifts |

St. Andrew's Solar Panels Featured in The Disciple

The newest issue of The Disciple is now available, and our solar panels are included, along with solar panel installations at other churches. The issue also features the latest messages from Bishop Sam Rodman and Bishop Anne Hodges-Copple, plus much more! You can read the article, "Going Solar for Mission," here.
The Disciple is available in both digital and print formats. The digital Disciple is available in English and Spanish at no cost in the App Store, Google Play and, soon, Kindle. Simply search for "North Carolina Disciple," and you will find the familiar logo. Once you've downloaded the app, if you login and set up an account (just your name, email, and password), you'll be notified when new issues are available.

Ever wanted a better understanding of those concepts we hear so often in our study, prayers, and worship? Ideas such as the Trinity, incarnation, discernment, our liturgy, even Jesus’ message? Consider joining St. Andrew’s EfM class. With the guidance of trained leaders, EfM (Education for Ministry) participants explore these topics and many more, with the goal of deepening faith and commitment. Our class will begin in the fall! COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic July 31 |

First Moravian church, in cooperation with Cone Health, is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic. The first clinic was Saturday July 3rd and the second is scheduled for July 31st, 8 a.m.—12 p.m. at First Moravian Church, 304 S. Elam Ave., Greensboro. An appointment is not required; however, you do need to register in advance, which you can do by calling 336-482-7681. |
