Preparing Students to Thrive in College and Careers
Greetings!

As we celebrate CTE Month in February, thank you for your ongoing support of MetroED. As you may have seen in the recent announcement, sixty-two SVCTE students participated at the Regional SkillsUSA competition and forty-three will advance to compete at the state level in April. Our students won thirteen gold medals, eleven silver medals, and nine bronze medals!

Enrollment is currently open for Fall 2020, juniors and seniors should see their school counselors to apply to our program. View a list of the incredible hands-on training programs we offer to high school and adult students on our website .

I hope you can join us for the Annual Car Show and Fashion Show in May. Jimmy Garoppolo of the San Francisco 49ers will also be joining us on May 8th for the second SkillsUSA National Signing day—signifying that choosing a career is just as important as choosing a college.

Thank you for your ongoing support of CTE and consider sharing this newsletter with your colleagues.

With gratitude,
null
