Any team participating in the Licking Summer Camps is under the control and responsibility of their individual school. All events are open to public spectators. Minors in the care of their own legal guardians at any Licking Summer Camp event open to the general public are subject to the care of their legal guardians. By submitting a camp registration form you hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heart of the Ozarks Athletics, LLC and all facility proprietors and owners who rent facilities to Heart of the Ozarks Athletics, LLC (doing business as Licking Summer Camps) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with your student athletes’ participation in this activity.
